  • Service: The errand running services, website, mobile application features, and related service offerings.
  • User: Any individual or entity using the Service.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information
  • Use the Service lawfully and respectfully
  • Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior

4. Errands and Service Orders

  • Errand requests are service agreements between you and Errand Runner.
  • You authorize Errand Runner and assigned runners to act on your behalf as requested.
  • Prices, fees, and schedules are communicated and agreed upon before service fulfillment.

5. Communications

By using the Service, you consent to communications via email, SMS, phone, WhatsApp, and app notifications related to your requests.

6. Payment and Fees

  • You agree to pay all charges for errands requested.
  • Payment methods and terms will be presented at the time of booking.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, and trademarks are owned by Errand Runner or licensors.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Errand Runner be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user that violates these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by laws of Zimbabwe.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on the website.
